Terms and Conditions

Welcome to Perfect Par Golf Studio, a private, members-only golf simulator studio. By signing up for membership, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before using our services.

1. Membership

  • Eligibility: To become a member, you must be 18 years of age or older. Membership is available through our website at www.perfectpargolfstudio.com.

  • Membership Types: There are three membership tiers with varying benefits and pricing. You can view the available membership tiers, benefits, and pricing at www.perfectpargolfstudio.com/packages.

  • Membership Duration & Billing: Membership is billed on a monthly basis and can be canceled at any time prior to the next month's billing cycle. No initiation fee is required.

  • Cancellations: To cancel your membership, you must cancel your payment before the next billing date. There are no refunds for any unused hours, but you will retain access to the remaining time on your current month's membership. You will not be rebilled after cancellation.

2. Booking and Use of Studio

  • Booking Access: Booking rules and available session times are determined by the membership tier you select. You can book your session via our website according to your membership level.

  • Guests: Members may bring up to 3 guests, including a coach, at no extra charge. No additional guests are allowed without prior approval.

  • Code of Conduct: Members are expected to adhere to responsible behavior within the studio. This includes:

    • Handling equipment with care.

    • Cleaning any messes or spills.

    • Being responsible for any damage to the equipment beyond normal wear and tear.

    • Notifying the studio if any issues arise with the technology or equipment during your session.

  • Overstaying Session Time: Members must adhere to their allotted booking time. If you stay beyond your session's allotted time, you will be charged for an additional session.

  • Equipment Damage: Members will be held financially responsible for any damage to equipment or property beyond normal use and wear. For clarity, members are not responsible for damage caused by an errant golf ball.

3. Fees and Payments

  • Membership Fee: Your only recurring fee is the membership fee, which is billed monthly. There are no additional fees unless:

    • You cause damage to any equipment or property beyond normal wear and tear.

    • You stay beyond your allotted session time.

  • Payment Failure: If your payment fails, your membership will be automatically canceled.

  • Cancellation Policy: We require a 24-hour cancellation notice for any session bookings. There are no refunds for missed or canceled sessions.

4. Privacy and Data Use

  • Personal Information: We collect your name, address, phone number, email address, and payment information.

  • Data Use: Your personal data will only be used for booking purposes and internal analytics. We will not use your data for marketing, and it will not be shared with third parties.

5. Liability and Waiver

  • Injury and Accidents: Perfect Par Golf Studio is not responsible for any injuries or accidents that may occur on the premises. By becoming a member, you acknowledge the risks involved and agree to waive any claims against us for personal injury.

  • Waiver of Liability: As a member, you agree to sign a waiver acknowledging the risks associated with using the studio and its equipment. This waiver is required for access to the facility.

6. Membership Termination and Cancellation

  • Member Termination: You may cancel your membership at any time by ceasing your payment. There are no refunds for unused hours in the current billing period.

  • Studio Termination: Perfect Par Golf Studio reserves the right to terminate any membership at its discretion, for any reason, with or without notice.

  • Intellectual Property: Members may not use any branding, logos, or intellectual property owned by Perfect Par Golf Studio without prior written consent. However, members are free to record and share personal photos and videos taken during their session at the studio.

7. Amendments to Terms and Conditions

  • Changes to Terms: Perfect Par Golf Studio reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. It is your responsibility to review the Terms and Conditions regularly to stay informed of any updates.

8. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction of California.

By signing up and using the facilities at Perfect Par Golf Studio, you acknowledge and agree to these Terms and Conditions.
